Overall it was only ok. The setting is beautiful but to be honest the food was not great and a bit expensive for what you got.

Our group started with drinks at the bar. Service was terrible and drinks were way overpriced for the size. The restaurant had better service and the food was good. The margaritas used to be served in the margarita goblets which were a good size. No more. The margaritas are now served in smaller (whiskey) tumblers. You get less and pay more.

Went for my birthday. Initially had good service, had a really sweet and friendly woman took our drink orders and said she'd be "right back" to take our food order. We never saw her again. After about 20 minutes a man appeared, he looked like a bartender perhaps. Not as friendly. Took our orders. Took forever to get food. Got order wrong. Beans and cilantro rice had NO SALT. Carnitas tacos were good...but over priced in my opinion. I would return, but for drinks only...maybe.

The only reason to eat here is to be at the mission inn. The food is ok but should be cheaper for what it is and there are much better restaurants within one block of the hotel. The service is atrocious, zero stars. When our waitress could be located to perform the normal duties associated with her position she was rude and unhelpful. Multiple times we had to track her down ourselves to make things happen. The place wasn't even that busy either. Too bad her tip was automatically added or we certainly wouldn't have left one. A shame such a wonderful location has such disappointing service. We'll be back to wander around this amazing hotel but we wont be back to las campanas.

The food was terrible. One of the meals was served just like it came out of the refrigerator. Tacos fell apart. We have been here before and the food was good. This time it was awful. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be a nice family gathering. Waited over one hour after we ordered for the food to be served. Hard to find a waiter or waitress.

Our table was shakey. We were placed in a high traffic area instead of the cute courtyard where we enjoyed our server arguing with the hostess over who was in his section, All the hotel traffic, and the kitchen traffic. Chips and salsa were delicious! My fish tacos with pineapple salsa had zero pineapple. Food was good but both of our tacos were dry like they were missing a sauce. My beans were Not Warm. We love mission inn, we will return but just not here.
