   Very disappointing experience. 1.We couldn’t order a tomahawk steak because we were told it “takes too long,” yet the restaurant wasn’t even busy. 2.Our food, including the sides, arrived cold and had to be reheated. 3.Our wine was served late, so we couldn’t enjoy it with our meal. Service was slow despite there being very few tables. 4.Later that evening, we ran into another group we had met at a bar, and they had the same complaints. 5.My friend was served the wrong drink—he only drinks one specific type and could immediately tell it was incorrect. When he brought it up, the bartender argued instead of just fixing it. A simple acknowledgment and correction would have been enough. Will I return? No. I typically go to Mastro’s and should have stuck with that.

   My goto place for an amazing steak, good cocktail and amazing service. It’s a standard here and why I come so often. Highly recommend! 2nd time here this week. Bring business clients and family here. See you again soon.

   The lady at the front desk was very gracious and looked out for me as I waited for my guest, giving us a booth that had been cancelled. Our waiter was mostly absent except to take our order and deliver our food and checked once on us. Mostly other waiters helped with our other requests. The request for cream was lost and we had to request it again, but couldn't flag a waiter for a while. The Salmon was extremely small! I've never seen a tiny square before, but tasted good. The spinach was perfect and the beat salad was ok, with no lettuce, but nuts and cheese was ok. My guest liked his small steak; I'm not sure which one it was. The prices for steak are exorbitant, but Santana Row is a prime spot! My guest had a coupon for $50 which was great.

   The waiters was very nice! but the wait time was long, and there was no bread before the meal. In the end, the below dishes were served at the same time, but the plates were cold...so the steak got cold very quickly! Not as delicious as we expected. Might not recommend friends to go there anymore. -Tomahawk Rib Eye for Two -Brandt Farms Cowboy -Brussels Sprouts -Truffle Fries

   It’s LB Steak but I had the Branzino. The fish was deboned which is good the novice diners. Super flavorful. Baked Alaska was not what I had expected. I would recommend telling diners to order BA in advance to come to room temp. I realize that’s a tough ask but servers were very patient and very nice.

   Was there for a client dinner. Service was excellent. I ordered the small filet and it wasn’t loaded with butter etc like the big chain steakhouses do.

   Positives: Friendly, warm service. Started at the host stand and continued with our server, food runners and busser. Apps and sides were good. Wedge salad was a 10. Bread service was a mixed bag. Perfectly whipped and salted butter and slightly stale under-warmed bread. Cocktails were painfully slow to arrive, but well made. Lots of good choices on the wine list. Negatives: All four of us had steaks. Med Rare cook was perfect, but they arrived warm (not hot) on cool, room temperature plates, with a soft sear and under seasoned. It's a steakhouse and this is hard to comprehend or forgive. And we ate early on a Monday with the restaurant maybe 40% full. On a 10pt scale, the meat quality was 7+ but the execution was a 4 at best.

    I wasn't the one that chose this restaurant. Received feedback this morning regarding dinner and the customers did not have a great experience. Their food was cold and the whole ambiance wasn't warming.
