Le Café du Marché est un restaurant français situé au cœur de Smithfield. En fait, l'établissement vous propose trois restaurants. Vous le trouverez au bout de l'allée en pierres, à environ 36 mètres du Charterhouse Square et de la rue Charterhouse. Le Café est ouvert pour le dîner du lundi au vendredi (de midi à 14h30) et pour le souper du lundi au samedi (de 18h à 22h). Le Café, situé au rez-de-chaussée, est le restaurant principal. Il sert une cuisine française principalement de province. Vous trouverez à l'étage Le Grenier, un restaurant similaire qui met l'accent sur les grillades. Le Rendez-vous, la brasserie, est situé au coin de la rue Charterhouse. L'établissement est ouvert depuis près de 25 ans. Wondeful setting. Food was superbly put together. Great flavours . The staff were friendly and accomodating. Lovely ambience too with relaxing well played piano music

The food is super nice and the environment is very romantic. However, the service is a bit slow. If you’re looking for a dinner lasting for over two hours, it’s great.

Cosy but classy atmosphere, live music, top-notch quality of food. Versatile menu. Me and my boyfriend had a Valentine’s night dinner there and absolutely loved it. I wish I could put 10 out 5 stars!

Once again this restaurant exceeds ! If you compare to a football experience the atmosphere and food is unbeatable, the team are PremierLeague , and you always walk away with a winning smile - it’s really that good ⚒( I wish we could say the same every time we go to see our team!)

Such a great spot and always a wonderful atmosphere here. Food is also delicious. But last night the most outstanding element was the service - our server was so cheerful and thoughtful - he noticed we were celebrating a birthday and brought out a candle in our dessert as the pianist played happy birthday. Really charming thank you!

Exceeded expectations. Excellent food. Service was just right - quickly available when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. Ambience also excellent - the restaurant was very busy but the layout meant we still had privacy.

This was a wonderful experience of a fantastic meal. Service was outstanding. I wish I knew the name of the Romanian waiter. He was wonderful.
