   My favorite meal in the hamptons is here at Le Charlot. Ask for the Cajun chicken....even though it's not on the menu they almost always have it. It's divine. Especially paired w a martini!

   Service was terrible, we were not told the specials, food took forever, came out cold and flavorless, server never checked back. Way overpriced for the quality. Will not return.

   mussels had no taste- we waited over an hour for food and about 1/2 hour for a glass of wine- was very irritated and upset by dining here this time

   The menu has been cut to 4-5 options only… it used to be much more choices. The service was bad - putting plates on another fork, dropping the food on the table… The service used to be impeccable. This is not the service you would expect from such a beautiful restaurant.

    I brought a guest to lunch at noon - we chose to eat inside. We weren’t ready to order and asked for a couple minutes - it took too long for our waiter to come back. Our water glasses were empty and we had to ask for refills. I asked the gentleman filling the water for another Diet Coke. It never came so I said to our waiter as he passed us, “ Excuse me, I asked for another Diet Coke…” and before I could say more he responded, “ You didn’t ask me!” Really???? Is this customer service? He brought the Diet Coke but never returned to our table. We asked another waiter for the check and he was very pleasant. Just very disappointing service….
