Le Garrick, located in London's theatreland, is an intimate French restaurant. There is a homely restaurant at ground level, while at lower ground level the friendly bar/dining room has intimate nooks and booths for romantic moments. Expect classics and favourites of French bistro cooking; Faux filet Rib Eye or Onglet with sauce poivre or Béarnaise & French fries. For pudding choose from Crème brulée or Lemon tart among the classic desserts. The 2/C prix fixe menu is a lifesaver pre-theatre. In an area that's full of chains, Le Garrick is a one-off. Annual celebrations in the restaurant for Beaujolais Nouveau and Bastille Day. Perfectly located for Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square.

    Fantastic food and service for good value. Venue was small and very noisy. Most tables were down a steep spiral staircase.

    Our guests couldnt believe the authentivity of our night out. Fabulous french classics/wine and service...from Escargot, Moules, onglet steaks and chevre chaud salads...nor a murmer on great value for money....Highly recommended.

    This remains something of a hidden gem in the fiercely competitive market in this area. Good, solid French food with a small but we curated wine list. It can feel slightly cramped but provides excellent value particularly for pre-Theatre options.
