   Justin and his team are exceptional! Best spot in BH, food, cocktails and service off the charts. Hope the rumours of it possibly closing aren’t true.

   Had a reservation & was seated right away in a busy Monday night. Our server was attentive & polite. I do however wish they had something special or at least compted the dessert as I noted during the reservation that it was my Wife’s birthday. Only the hostess acknowledged & said happy birthday to my wife.

   As long time customers we always enjoy Le Zoo, but the only real negative are the wine prices. I am in the wine business and find it almost offensive to be charged over $100 for Whispering Angel that retails for $22 to $25, and there are other examples of this overpricing on the list.

   Le Zoo definitely lived up to its name tonight (no pun intended). Upon arriving there was a mass of people waiting to check in and a very poorly managed system. The Maitre D’ did an excellent job triaging given the appearance of limited help, but it was utter chaos and we waited 30 minutes past our booking for the table. The server also seemed frazzled and overloaded, forgetting we existed and not getting water until 20 minutes after being seated. The food is standard French, like you’d find at any comparable spot in Miami. Paired with a poorly sealed take away bag that leaked and spilled on my white linen pants, it was definitely a memorable evening, however for the wrong reasons. On a weekday it’s definitely great, but on a weekend, save your efforts in battling the masses and head to Pastis or Bouchon Bisto for equally excellent food with a phenomenal service experience.

   We ordered appetizers and they forgot to bring them. We were 4 people, of the 4 main dishes they only brought 3, my dish arrived when the rest had finished eating. The waitress apologized to us many times, poor organization of the chef. Sad!
