   Food was great as always. Lucy did a fine job serving us and making our dining experience warm and enjoyable.

   Our service was not good. Actually it started out good and got continuously worse. We waited 30 minutes for our check. Two of the dishes came out lukewarm. The minestrone soup was barely warm. Not what we expect of Lelli’s

   Only been here twice, once for a first date and just recently for Valentines Day. Lelli's does a splendid job from the music to the kind staff to the beautiful ambiance in the main room. Valentines Day came with many perks: an Instagram style backdrop lit up with flowers as you walk in, a group of balloons hanging from the ceiling in the shape of a heart, all the way to roses, rose pedals and lit candles at the table awaiting our arrival. Lelli's always makes my visits memorable and thats why we will always choose Lelli's to honor and celebrate our most memorable life moments.

   The food was excellent! The reservation was 35 mins late. Overall it was good

   Our reservation was at 7pm, we didn’t get seated until 7:40 and then sat for 15 minutes before anyone came over. Finally, after asking two other servers to send someone over ours finally came. After ordering she lost her notepad and 20 minutes later came back and asked us for our order again so she could put it in… Finally after an hour and 30 minutes our entrees came - my lasagne was so overcooked you could mash it like mashed potatoes, the noodles were essentially mush and it was not edible. At no point in all of this did we see a manager. No one asked how things were, comped a drink or an app… there were multiple opportunities to salvage the experience but no one tried. We ultimately paid $165 + tip for two meatballs, a side salad, bowl of soup, one entree and two drinks… It was hands down the most disorganized, poor excuse for a dinner I’ve been to in years both in service and in food quality.

   We had nice time. But we were expecting better service and food. It is Italian restaurant and we found the pasta was over cooked and after mixing with sauce it become big lump of pasta. The guy who was picking up the used plate was in such a hurry that he was dropping cutlery on us and he just didn’t feel like it was a mistake. Other food was good. Overall experience was good.

   Justin was an excellent waiter! It was nice and warm in there. Food was terrific!
