When I made the reservation, I gave my $25 per person credit card hold and also received the text to confirm the reservation. It was our first night in Vail for our vacation and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. This restaurant has been and is closed for renovation, the only rating I can give is that of poor management — we should have been notified or someone should remove the restaurant from open table

The setting is beautiful but the poor service took away from that. The main course took over an hour to come. Food was fair. Sorry to have to report this.

Would not recommend or repeat. Was $72 for a simple scrambled egg, bacon, a few pastries, and an oatmeal—all of which were lower quality than a Starbucks. Spend your time elsewhere.

The food was great. It was a half an hour before we were seated and we got off to a slower start. Once the order was placed, however the service picked up and everything was really delicious.

First time dining here and unfortunately it will be our last. The risotto was mushy it was more like a gummy bowl of oatmeal, not at all like risotto should be. The Osso Buco veal shank was tender but lacked flavor and the mashed potatoes underneath were very soupy. The room we sat it was very load and it was hard to have a conversation in.

Tenía reserva 7:30pm, se demoraron casi media hora, no se disculparon, la comida demoró en llegar, escuchábamos al barman gritando porque necesitaba ayuda…

Service was excellent. Food was fair. It was a bit salty and the desserts were fair.
