We offer a fixed 4 course meal every Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 pm.
Our menu is authentic and traditional Italian; we are a genuine Trattoria restaurant, where we accommodate every guest in a communal table in the middle of our room, exactly like the family we are! Our expanded space features now two rooms, for a maximum 55 people capacity; reservation is required. Come to enjoy us not just for an amazing meal but also for an unforgettable experience.
Menu includes an appetizer with charcuterie board (and more), a choice between 2 first dishes (usually a pasta and a risotto), a choice between 2 main courses with side dish, homemade dessert, and espresso; all of this for 75$ a person. Gelato and wine are also available.

This was at least our fifth dining experience with LifeSyles. Never a disappointment! Atmosphere is nice. Restaurant area has tripled in size due to successful business and awesome cuisine. We look forward to our next experience there. Highly recommended.

This is a unique concept (particularly for a small town) and very enjoyable culinary experience. For the most part, the food was very good, particularly the zucchini soup and pannacotta dessert. The owners are warm and amiable. The surrounding Italian market is fun and inviting. The mushroom risotto’s taste and texture could have been outstanding but it missed by being over salted. The salmon entree with pesto was terrific. The pork entree was dry and not very interesting. We would return if in the area. We had an outstanding lunch at their sister restaurant next door.

Wonderful place. Great food and friendly service. Authentic Italian. Definitely bring wine to enjoy with the meal. Visited several times and never disappointed.

First time for us at this dining experience and we lucked out with a great small group. Food was fantastic and authentic. Service was awesome. Truly a unique gem in Bedford.

Best dinner to be had in Bedford, hands down. Especially if you are vegetarian, they are wonderful at accommodating.

Wonderful!! We stayed nearby and heard this was a very special dining experience. The chef / owner was delightful and prepared a 'tour of Italian regions' menu with 4 courses and BYO wine. We enjoyed everything and between 3 of us had the opportunity to try both options for the second and third courses. Family style seating allowed us to meet new people and share a fun evening. Highly recommend it - hard to beat it anyplace this side of Italy.

I was walking around Bedford Friday night and noticed a long table with people gathering for dinner. I then saw the sign about trattoria style four course prix fixe dinners being served Friday and Saturday night at LIFeSTYLE. I checked Open Table and found an opening, and am so glad I came across the place. The food was terrific, all four courses, and had a great time talking with the folks around me. Really fun experience!

My husband & I celebrated our anniversary there about 16 years ago and had a great experience. When I saw that the dinners were still being offered I booked a reservation for us to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. We were hoping the experience would not disappoint us since it had been so long since we were there - it did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was delicious, and meeting the other folks at our table added to the fun and enjoyment!
