   Formerly a favorite, food on Monday was just not that good. Service seemed disjointed. Asked 3 times before we got a candle on our dark table. Asked twice for salt as my food got cold. Maybe it was just a bad night but am not likely to try again at this price point.

   One of the finest Greek restaurants on Long Island. Ambience is beautiful, service excellent. The bartenders are great. The food is first rate except for lemon potatoes and Greek salad. Last visit one dessert order was incorrect and not replaced, but the desserts are fabulous. I have been here at least 8 times and I highly recommend it.

   Limani has been a go-to favorite of ours for many years now. Our most recent visit was disappointing. The food was mediocre at best and much pricey than last time we visited (earlier this year). I was also rather surpised to see that when our bill arrived that a glass of lackluster wine (Greek House Wine), reccomended by our waiter, was priced at $22.00. I now see why the dining room was 3/4 empty as I'm sure many patrons, like myself, will be moving to another venue to spent monies on a better dining expereience. All in all very dissatisfied.

   We dine at Limani 2-3 times a month. Our place for stone crabs,. dover sole, etc and an exceptional veal chop. Sides are varied and desserts have improved over the years. Service is top notch, and atmosphere is festive but not overly noisy.

   Service was outstanding as always. Fish was delicious. Great drinks. Food overall was very good, except for tomato salad and fruit. Tomatoes and fruit were not in season and not imported from a a great place. It was also very loud.

    As always, the food was delicious. I had the tomato salad and salmon, my husband the calamari royal dorado. We both had the baklava. It was all perfectly prepared. The service was attentive and the white Greek wine recommended by the sommelier was excellent.
