We prefer to eat off the strip when visiting Las Vegas and the art district is our favorite area! Main Street Provisions, with its modern American take on comfort food, is a culmination of their lives’ work so far. Their triumph is apparent in MSP’s elevated take on the humble burger. Sustainable, pasture-raised, Tasmanian ground chuck and Shropshire Bleu cheese sauce anchor this dish, which is accompanied by grilled onions, house-pickled cucumbers, and the signature “saucy sauce.” A brioche bun tops (and bottoms) it off.

So glad we found this restaurant. We prefer to eat off the strip when visiting Las Vegas and the art district is our favorite area! We were able to make reservations the same day, our service was beyond impeccable and the food was delicious! We were too full for dessert but the menu looked so good. My mezcal cocktails suggested by the server was just perfect. Can’t wait to return.

While Las Vegas Weekly and CitySearch have both awarded Paymon’s “best fries,” it’s high time the lamb burger got some love. The patty is a mix of a half-pound top sirloin lamb with mushrooms, bell peppers, and green onions served on a slightly toasted brioche bun. Plus, Paymon’s grinds the lamb in-house daily, so it’s always fresh.
