Diners will find everything from swordfish and salmon to tuna, redfish, and sea bass, as well as a bounty of shellfish, such as Maine lobster and Alaskan king crab. Although these seafood dishes may not sound like soul food, C&S Seafood & Oyster Bar adds a little Atlanta flair to yield unusual dishes packed full of flavor. Must-have dish: Go for the unorthodox shrimp-and-goat-cheese beignets.
