Beautiful space with covered outside patio. I enjoyed the menu but was a little put off by the door blowing my menu off the table whenever the door opened. Overall, the service was prompt and good. From cocktails to apps to mains, everything was well prepared and tasty. I had the chicken and waffles (savory) and my sister had the pancakes. Delicious! Definitely try out this locale!

About the restaurant
p6 is the restaurant on the rooftop of the LINE Austin Hotel, overlooking Town Lake, the Austin skyline and Congress Avenue. The bar is every bit as sleek as the hotel, occupying the 6th floor of the building. Designed as a reimagined greenhouse, the rooftop space evokes scenes from Monet’s Garden at Giverny. There are lots of indoor/outdoor spaces, a wraparound terrace and a living room with a fireplace. Come in to enjoy the delightful cocktails, like the toasted almond mai tai, and the menu of small plates. Locals love the tuna Crudo and the plate of warm cheese puffs.

About the restaurant
For a delectable, high-quality steak and an overall dining experience you won’t forget, head into Bob’s Steak and Chop House. Located at Barton Creek, the restaurant is intimate, warm and inviting and the staff treats you like family. Grab a seat and enjoy the famous pickles and fresh, hot loaf of bread while you order your drinks and meal. They serve only prime buts of beef which have more marbling and flavor than choice filets host steakhouses.

Incredible place! I've been to many high end steakhouses but this one tops all of them. That is a very hard thing to do, especially if you're a foodie and enjoy good meals no matter where you are and what dining level. This place was perfection in every way possible. Impeccable service from beginning to end. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive, drinks were strong, and food was balanced and well seasoned. The menu was not overwhelming either which I liked. The venue itself is not huge, but intimate with just enough space between tables so you aren't rubbing elbows. This was a great place to end our Valentine's Day weekend. Definitely try this out if you are in the area. Highly recommend.

The food, drinks, and atmosphere were excellent. 10/10. However, the service is not up to standard. The host isn’t very bright, my boyfriend called to get a reservation for 8, she kept asking the same questions 3 times (what the name was, how many people, what time, etc). Then she said it was booked until 9. I went online and there were many slots available from 7:30-9. So I booked it for 8:15… Next, our waitress wasn’t great. She was okay, but not very friendly and she kept rushing us. Of course, we took our time. But I don’t like to be rushed. We informed the restaurant and the waitress that it was our anniversary, but didn’t receive anything for it. (So why ask during the reservation?) overall, amazing food but please hire new staff.
