Joann’s Fine Foods is a South Congress neighborhood spot that locals consider one of the best new restaurants in Austin. The name Ciclo means “cycle” in Spanish, and they aim to bring the cycle of fresh, local flavors and produce to the menu here. The eatery is a modern Texas kitchen featuring locally inspired flavors with a Latin influence.
