They’re partly here for tableside theatre from an attention-grabbing duck press that makes Otto’s iconic canard à la presse possible. The hefty contraption extracts juices from the bird which is served three ways: liver atop morels and sweetbreads, slivers of duck breast in that infamous pressed sauce with pommes soufflées, and confit duck leg with foie gras and black truffle (due to avian flu, pigeon à la presse is on offer instead). Other examples of Gallic gastronomy can be found on the a la carte menu, such as lobster soufflé with Oscietra caviar and lobster bisque. Rosella is our local and we love it. We went for a pr Christmas celebration. The decorations are beautiful and there is a great atmosphere. They even turned off the speaker by our table when we were finding it difficult to hear.

Excellent service with attentive staff. The food, mainly small plates, was excellent and the cocktails were unique and well made. Seating-wise, the majority of seating is high stools. There are 5-6 booths for groups of 3-6.

We visited for Sunday lunch, having wanted to visit The Harwood Arms for many years. Excellent roast, upgrading to the beef special was well worth it. Really enjoyed the cod’s roe snack and fig leaf dessert. It’s fairly expensive but the quality is outstanding and the portions very generous - so you get what you pay for. We would definitely recommend and return.
