This was a great experience overall. The food was phenomenal, especially the snapper entree. Overall, very creative combinations and flavorful. The wait staff were attentive and did a nice job describing the dishes and provided recommendations. Well deserved Michelin stars!

Doya is hands down one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve been to. The moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and stylish Mediterranean vibes make you feel right at home. The food? Food and wine pairing were great. Service, for a Michelin star was substandard. Twice they tried to remove dishes before we were done. We finally had to ask them to slow it down. It was Valentines Day and it just seemed like they were trying to turn the table. Bad vibe for a $700 meal. We did not receive our desert wine pairing until five minutes after we got our desert. Decor was minimalist, but was fine.

As usual, we ordered the omakase. While the scallop and king salmon are always my fave, every piece was incredibly tender and flavorful. I have dined at this restaurant several times and the quality and service is consistent across the board. Absolutely one of my favorite spots to eat in all of Orlando.

Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.
