The MICHELIN Guide has been reviewing fine-dining restaurants around the world for over a century and awarding the best-of-the-best with a ranking through the coveted MICHELIN Star system. Situé au cœur du typique Chinatown de Toronto, le R&D est un restaurant urbain décontracté, dirigé par le premier gagnant de MasterChef Canada, Eric Chong et son mentor, Alvin Leung, propriétaire d'un restaurant étoilé au Guide Michelin.
