The service was impeccable! Our server Eric G. was so attentive and assisted me greatly as someone who has celiac and cannot eat any gluten. He made sure any glutenous toppings were removed and on the side for the other guests and repeatedly came back to check and make sure I knew what was safe to eat. I cannot thank him enough. The food itself was delicious and the restaurant had a lovely ambience.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting the Gyu in Tokyo and it was nothing compared to the one in Chicago. They didn’t have many options and we were left feeling underwhelmed. I hesitate to let everyone know how fabulous Eden is, but that's a bit selfish. EVERYTHING on the menu (and our group ordered a lot of different items) was perfectly cooked, creative and layered with flavor. I visit Tanta everytime I come to Chi-Town. Love the cuisine and vibe. The cebiche is so fresh, great w the yuca chips. Had the pulpo which was super tender and flavorful. Also the Nikkei and the mussels, which my wife loved. Service was great. Will hopefully return soon

As you enter the restaurant, you're welcomed by a warm atmosphere and a friendly bartender. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as the place fills up quickly. Once seated, your attentive server greets you with a smile and shares the evening's specials while offering drinks. Feel free to ask them any questions about the menu, as they are very knowledgeable. The restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine, with each employee focused on providing excellent service. I highly recommend dining at Gamba for a delightful night out or lunch, guaranteed to offer quality food, fair prices, and an enjoyable atmosphere with friends, family, or colleagues.
