Once again another wonderful anniversary dinner. Our server Laura was very helpful when we wanted a description of the various dishes. The food was delicious. Love the personal touches-menu with Happy Anniversary and a special dessert with a white chocolate medallion the said Happy Anniversary. Pier W has become our favorite restaurant.

This is our third time here over a period of a few years and each time the food has been fantastic, the front desk, serving staff, and managers all outstanding. Went on New Year’s Day when it was not busy. Our server Moe was OUTSTANDING. He recommended a superb limeade pitcher that was generous and fairly priced - more than enough for our 3 kids and myself to share. The meats were great and plentiful and the salad bar was well stocked. Most of the meats had a lot of char which our family enjoys. Would love to see the kids pricing be just a bit lower or the age range extended for younger kids. Chocolate Mousse cake was delicious. Definitely a place worth going for special occasions!

We had a great time today. Everyone worked as a team to make our experience great - from the hostess to the wait staff (several waitresses teamed up to take care of us) - and the food was great. I hadn't been there in awhile...but we'll come back soon.

We had a leisurely and delicious holiday lunch with my uncle and aunt today. The setting is beautiful. The decor is stunning. The view never disappoints. The service is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The pace was just right. We ordered the scallops, short ribs, chicken piccata and Italian chicken napoleon. They were all delectable and the servings were generous. The wine recommendations were spot on. The desserts were brilliant. This is why Gervasi is a “must go to destination” often.

Fantastic 80th bday dinner for my Mom. They put our large group of 10 in a beautiful room off of the bar area. Everyone loved their meals. Highlights were the crabcake special (my Mom raved about them), oysters, twin filets, French dip sandwich and the salmon salad. Our waiter was fantastic, and he brought my Mom a special dessert for her bday. Hands- down an all around great experience!

This was our first visit. We had a party of six and everyone agreed their food was excellent. We were able to easily carry on conversations as the background noise was minimal. We had the salmon blackened and the prime rib. Both dishes were very good, especially the salmon. Cheesecake for dessert with chocolate topping was nice ending to meal. Piano music by Stephen plus the Christmas decorations made for a wonderful ambiance. This is our 3rd Christmas Eve visit and hope to continue this tradition.
