Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

Just an amazing place to dine and share a good time with people. The atmosphere is so upbeat, staff is super friendly, the service is great and the options for food are terrific. We’re visiting from NY and stay in Miami Beach but we always try to get here at least once during our stay. I had blackened mahi mahi and it was delicious. The others chose a burger or salad and everyone was quite satisfied. My cousin drove down from Boca to meet us and he was thrilled with the Boatyard. A great choice for any occasion!

It was my first time at Chima and it was amazing. The hostesses were great and gave us all the options available to us. We then went to the bar to have happy hour. The margarita was 10/10 and then to our main course. They had numerous options of meat to chose from and out server Douglas was amazing even bringing a birthday cheesecake at the end. We even met the general manger who came by to ask how our evening was going. I will definitely go back again.

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner and the service and of course the price to the most extreme sense of what anybody can think about going to a restaurant especially an Italian restaurant. Our attending whose name is George we do know him. He is fantastic. You have to give him a 10.2 out of 10 unbelievable young man The food we had was undescribable. It was so great and that’s all I can say if this place is impact every single night, there’s something wrong with people not knowing where to go for the best Italian food in West Palm Beach County again phenomenal

My first time eating here. It was very nice. The staff was EXCELLENT. Unfortunately, I had to send my steak back twice. I ordered well done but my steak was medium well. After the second time, I declined to reorder. The manager stepped in to assist and offered me something else or redo my order for the third time. I declined. The service was great. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. The appetizers were served soon after they were ordered. Our entrees came shortly after we were done with the apps. The grilled octopus and lobster ravioli were my favorites.

Overall a very good experience!! We both had steaks that were seasoned well. The temps were slightly off, but still good! Scallops were great! Brussels weren’t our favorite, but just prefer them done more. Service was phenomenal! Always had drinks and everything we needed! Gave a rose to my gf when we arrived for Valentine’s Day! Live violinist was perfect, playing a great mix of music that pulled it all together!

We've been to this restaurant numerous times and the food and service is ALWAYS consistent. Marco is a very attentive manager; sweet, kind, considerate. Our waiter tonight was Salem a very thoughtful, helpful, and efficient waiter. Alisha is always attentive and charming. The food is tasty and cooked to perfection. Veal and Shrimp parmigiana dishes are dynamite. Yet so are all the other dishes we've tried. They have this special appetizer with fried and baked Brie along with a cherry sauce plus quality prosciutto should not be missed. Oh, we sit in the piano room and love the piano player who accepts requests to your special songs.

We’ve been to many Capital Grille locations and the PBG joint is in the top echelon. This review is a composite of a Friday dinner and Tuesday lunch. Both meals were very good. On Friday night we shared a tuna tartare appetizer, which was excellent. We each had the sliced tenderloin with demiglace, cipolline onions, and sautéed mushrooms. The steaks were charred beautifully and cooked medium rare—definitely a top five steak! Our server, Daniel, was charming and attentive. The ambiance was lovely and the whole restaurant was electric. Great time overall. On Tuesday lunch, Jay took care of us like a pro. She shook our martinis like a seasoned pro. We shared a shrimp cocktail appetizer. Perfecto! For entrees we each enjoyed the seared sushi-grade Ahi tuna, which was served with ginger rice, white soy and a spicy sambal vinaigrette. Nice presentation. The tuna steak was seared rare and it sliced like butter. Another Capital Grille winner. Arguably the best steakhouse chain restaurant.
