Overall very disappointed in service, as a frequent fine diner we felt this was not on par. From walking in to police and an incident that threw the whole service off, kitchen having to keep saying we messed up tickets, to servers not even checking in with us at our table. Food was delicious but service need not meet the quality. Overall dissapointed

Food was AMAZING ! it was a bit of a chilly night for those in AZ . This was San tan village location . We asked several times if they could shut the air conditioning off . The doors were opening and closing so it was probably about 60 or 65 degrees in there . We had an older person in our group who was very much at risk for being too cold . Service was very good . Took awhile yo get our meal . They gave us bread . We had a salad first . Again FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND NICE PORTIONS

Our first time here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. They are sticklers with your reservation time…no sooner, no later. The ambiance was like that of a movie set. They had a birthday card waiting on our table for my wife. The heaters were a nice balance to the outside air. Our waiter Solomon was charismatic, knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. Very impressed with the quality of food…bruschetta, short braised ribs and complimentary dessert for my wife’s birthday. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a delightful experience!!!

Excellent, from start to finish, wonderful experience. A culinary delight. On arrival Caleb greeted us, escorted us to our table, He was very personable, friendly and professional. We had a lovely waitress, Kristin , she was ever so helpful with our selections. Starting off with a delectable starter for first timers. Delivered by the GM Heather, she also took time to check back with us. Making sure everything was to our satisfaction. It’s obvious the CHEF takes great satisfaction in the food at this restaurant. Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples).
We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef.
Our wine list features only Italian wines, and is always a work in progress as we are always searching for new surprising flavors!

Best food in the valley with the exception of Steak 44. My wife and I have attended Casa Mia dozens of times and never had a bad meal or service! That says a lot and sets a very high standard that few restaurants can match.

This location of Fleming's is always our go-to for a celebration dinner. We've come here for years with our company and with our family when there is a milestone to celebrate. Last night the meal was perfection- ordered off the fall menu and everything was so delicious. Our server was awesome and we got a beautiful Booth in the back corner where it was nice and private. My wife’s Chicken piccata was perfect the Breast was moist and golden. I had the fennel sausage rigatoni, the pasta was aldente the mix of sausage ,tomato,broccolini and the light cream sauce was very tasty. The meatball appetizer had the flavor of the 3 meat mixture with a flavorful  marinara sauce. Mikayla, our server was very attentive as was the rest of the staff.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were very pleased in how we were treated, the food and the atmosphere. We have not been to the Roaring Fork for awhile now as we moved to the far east side of the Valley. We were not disappointed. From the moment we were created by the hostess, to the server in the Bar Area for Happy Hour to our table for dinner we were well treated. Our entire experience was great! Our server was very attentive, but not too attentive that it felt weird. He allowed us time to actually enjoy our appetizers and drinks and didn't make us feel rushed to order our entrees. We ordered the rack of lamb and the lobster ravioli for our entrees and they were both delicious. We will definitely dine here again. Wonderful staff, great dinner!

The restaurant was FREEZING! When I arrived I asked if happy hour was only at the bar. The host told us happy hour was in the whole restaurant and brought us a happy hour menu to our table but then our server said it’s only in the bar. She was going to check with the manager, but then never said anything so I figured they would honor it. When I got the bill everything from the happy hour menu was full price. I would’ve sat at the bar had I known they wouldn’t honor it. Food was all right, but nothing special. The only thing I highly recommend is the hummus.

Fabulous service, fabulous food, but the noise is too loud. I want to have a nice dinner and converse with my friends and not have to shout to be heard . I realize the music only plays this loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but it is extremely annoying when you’re paying these prices for good food. The menu, which emphasizes Seasonal American Cooking in dishes such as our Original Four Cheese Grilled Cheese with roasted Tomato soup, the Pork Osso Buco Confit , Herb-Rubbed Roasted Half Chicken, or Fork Tender Short Ribs. Our house-made desserts of creme brulee, award winning Fig & Pecan Pie with citrus cheese ice cream, and the delectable Chocolate-Dipped Bacon S'mores.

For over a decade, our international Wine Spectator Award winning wine list has been serving carefully curated selections from all over the globe, as well as wines close to home in Arizona. Great option for business dinner. Service was great, food excellent. Was a Wednesday night and wasn't too busy, easy to have great conversation.
