Occupying the historic Eagles Building on the corner of 400 South and West Temple street downtown, Caffe Molise opened in 1993 serving lunch and dinner daily. Featuring daily specials for lunch and dinner, with made-to-order appetizers, fresh and imported Italian pastas, main dishes and delectable desserts, we have been a fixture of Salt Lake City for 30 years. I love Cafe Madrid for the food, the Spanish wines,the ambience and the service. It is like dining in someones home. The food is excellent. Between my dining companion and I we ordered surf and turf. The salmon was not overcooked and tender, with the lightest crust from the searing. The medallions were tender and a perfectly cooked medium rare. Since this was brunch we started with a dark roast coffee that was rich and full bodied with no hint of bitterness. We complemented the meal with 2 dry white Spanish wines, one very slightly fruitier than the other, which was lovely with the medallions. Once things settled a bit we finished with a rich creamy flan. This restaurant is a locally owned gem with chefs who show care and attention to the quality of the food. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The food is excellent. There's something for people with all tastes. My only recommendations would be to change your music - too many instrumentals with horrible offbeat drumming that we couldn't wait until ended. It was a distraction. Would also love to see just a little bigger menu. It would bring us back more often with more options.

Our newest restaurant and bar concept established in 2022 created by restaurateur Bill White, serving elevated contemporary American cuisine on historical Main Street in Park City, Utah. Our menu focuses on farm fresh ingredients, thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Gudrun Thorne-Thomsen, and a variety of craft cocktails and extensive wine lists from around the globe. A reimagined dining room surrounded by nuances of Americana artwork, emerald green tufted booths, Brazilian hardwood flooring, and a one of a kind ambiance and service. My friend and I ordered 6 dishes to share, the Mushroom tartine, roasted Beet, duck croquettes, shoes string fries, elk, and finally the sticky toffee cake. All were executed and tasted delicious. Lastly our waiter Melanie, was such a lovely lady. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Toscano’s Garden is a multi-purpose area that serves as a protected outdoor dining area with a closeable roof, fountains, music, plants and full herb garden used for daily harvest for the kitchen. The Garden's versatile roof can accommodate outdoor dining in any season.

The Menu offers a wide range of highest quality steaks, chops and seafood emphasizing locally sourced ingredients while retaining some of the original location’s favorites such as its signature Naples-style pizzas and its house made gelatos.
