When making reservations, be informed that if you decide to eat inside it is in the upstairs bar area. The music is loud and more for the younger patrons. That aside, the food was great!! Completely made up for the loud atmosphere. Next time it will be on the patio or wait downstairs for a table.

It was a great dining experience! My son who turned 18 last week picked this place for dinner. I can not say anything bad because everything was gooood! We got the garlic edamame, wagu tacos, baked salmon roll, and the baked roasted salmon. We will definitely be coming back to KAVIAR :)

For years we have gone to the JW Marriott but the experience at the Omni was a 1000% better. We were not rushed. Previously at the Marriott it was always chaos and over-crowded. The Omni had an amazing kids section which kept our nephew busy and fed while we could enjoy our meal. The food selection was fantastic and the staff was so kind and excited we were there. A+ for Thanksgiving Dinner.

30 years ago, four people working in the hospitality industry met in a bar on Toulouse Street in The French Quarter of New Orleans. Over time they became friends and when the first one moved away he stated, "our paths will cross again." Sure enough, over the next three decades, we worked together and apart in cities across the United States, including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Telluride, Washington DC and of course The Big Easy. In early 2021 an opportunity presented itself and Toulouse was born.

Went for brunch. The digital Menu system was challenging to use for our group. I dined with parents who were less comfortable completing order and filling out profile a cc info before eating. The Order of dishes came out a little weird. Food was very good! There was only one server on staff so our food sat in the window for a bit before we got it. They stopped offering coffee at brunch but were ok with us bringing in coffee from BSC next door.

There are many varieties of BBQ. A few of the best known are: Carolinas, Kansas City, Memphis and of course Texas.
Texas BBQ differs by region
East Texas- the meat is slowly cooked typically over hickory wood and is marinated in a sweet tomato-based sauce
Central Texas- the meat is rubbed with salt and black pepper and sometimes other spices and then cooked over indirect heat using pecan, oak or mesquite wood. Sauce is usually not necessary but it can be served on the side to complement the meat.
South Texas- The meat is marinated in thick molasses-like sauces
West Texas- the meat is cooked over direct heat from mesquite wood

This place has the best BBQ in Las Vegas....HANDS DOWN! You can instantly smell the smoky flavors as you enter the restaurant and the food practically melts in your mouth. The Service has always been top-notch and there is seriously no better BBQ spot in Las Vegas that gives you the best "bang for your buck"! I promise you will not leave this place still hungry!

Made a reservation her e for Mother’s Day dinner with my older teen daughters and my husband and it was a lovely meal. My girls first jokingly asked if we were going to Applebees since the two restaurants share a parking lot. Once we went inside you wouldn’t even know it was next to Applebees. The food choices provided a little bit of everything for our family’s varied tastes (can’t speak to allergenic foods though). They were missing a few dinner options but it was a Sunday evening and understandable. They had great suggestions for substitutes. When trying to decide which wine to pair with my meal they offered me a small tasting flight with five options to and made all the difference in my final choice. Loved the aesthetics of Latitude as well. Thanks for being a part of our family time together!
