Traxx Restaurant and Traxx Bar are located inside beautiful, historic Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles. We are a semi-fine dining restaurant with a casual attitude and relaxed atmosphere. Our restaurant serves scratch made American Bistro dishes using local a local bakery and local ingredients. We offer seating on our concourse (located in front of the restaurant inside Union Station), the Dining Room, and on our outside Patio in the courtyard. We also serve Traxx Bar, located across the concourse inside Union Station at the main entrance. Traxx Bar hours are M-F 11:30-10pm with kitchen hours until 8pm and Sat & Sun 12-10pm with kitchen hours until 7pm.

Comfortable and casual (with a capital "C" for each). Absolutely loved the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. -- and the choice of jazz as ambience was well chosen.

M Grill is way better than Fogo De Chao and Texas de Brazil. The meat qualities are amazing and the sides taste fresher. My favorite meats were: the lamb, ribs, picanha and even the chicken thighs. The ambience is classy and sophisticated. The speediness of the service was up to par. I just love this place and it’s only my second time. Will be coming back for special occasions. Although it’s a bit pricey it’s definitely worth it. There’s a private room that can also be booked.

Excellent food and service was very attentive. I had an early dinner around 5:30 so it wasn’t crowded at all—so quiet and service was great. The special was chicken pozole and it did not disappoint. Followed by the The Gobernador tacos, then a guava empanada for dessert. The tacos had such great flavor along with the jicama slaw—perfect addition. Go to Socalo, you won’t regret it.

This place is a delight! I’m very sad they’re about to stop dinner services. Stop wasting money at other inferior places and spend it here so they’ll bring dinner back! We love the Rex, and it's our go-to for Holidays, Anniversaries, Special Occasions., and the occasional burger/fries/martini at the bar. Food is outstanding, and so is the service, usually, but on this visit, the service was way way off. It took almost 15 minutes after we were seated for anyone to greet us and take a cocktail order. Then the cocktails took a loooong time. We had an 8 pm reservation, and we arrived a little early. We were seated right away, in a nice busy dining room, but after all the delays, we ended up being the only ones left, eating dinner in an empty restaurant after 9 pm. Not good, not why we want to go to The Rex. The food and drinks were very very good as always - really hoping this service lapse doesn't continue.

Hidden gem for Mexican food. Walking in I thought this place was a typical bar; tv screens and loud music. It was a bar, plus more! When the Micheladas arrived in large cups I knew we were in for something special. Our appetizers arrived- empanadas and tacos enchilados, they weren’t skimping on the meat. Next the molcajete filled with ceviche and the camarones pacifico, I’ve never seen shrimp that large. If your a seafood lover you’ve got to try this place. The service was good and the food packed a punch of favor. We will be coming back!!!

Cinque Terre WEST Osteria is a warm family-run Italian restaurant reminiscent of the small Mediterranean coastal villages of the Cinque Terre region. We serve authentic regional Ligurian dishes, using locally sourced food, specializing in fresh seafood, daily house-made pastas, fatto a mano (made-by-hand) pizza dough and delizioso cornetti (Italian croissants).

Chef Gianbattista "Gianba" Vinzoni discovered his love of cooking as a child while spending time in the kitchen with his Grandmother. Thanks to the patience and guidance of the many Chefs he worked with, was able to become the Chef of many great restaurants like Soho House, Cecconi’s, Fig and Olive.

He has lived in the Pacific Palisades since 2004 with his wife Marlo and two children and loves it just as much as he loves his childhood home back in Italy. At Cinque Terre West, Gianba will be bringing simple and delicious food inspired by his childhood and local California cuisine to the Palisades Village.

Wow this was the most amazing Christmas experience! The staff was so nurturing and welcoming. The food was Divine and We had an opportunity to speak to the chef. The server gave us the history of this place it was amazing.

Amazing food. Service is slow if they have a large party but it is our neighborhood restaurant so we are aware when we go. I try to always make a reservation so they can staff accordingly.

It was a great dining experience! My son who turned 18 last week picked this place for dinner. I can not say anything bad because everything was gooood! We got the garlic edamame, wagu tacos, baked salmon roll, and the baked roasted salmon. We will definitely be coming back to KAVIAR :)

My friends and I went to Allegra for our last lunch there. Sadly they are closing as of 10/27. We always enjoyed our meals at Allegra be it lunch or dinner. Their prices were reasonable and affordable. We will miss them.

We were craving Peruvian food on a trip down to Los Angeles and found this great little spot in Open Table. The food was authentic and freshly made to order. The service was quick and courteous and we really enjoyed the simplicity of the space and the experience. It made for a relaxing lunch. Love their food, but the service could improve. Our entrees came out fairly fast, but then our server seemed to ignore us. She might have been new because she seemed not to know much about the entrees nor dessert items. We still recommend this neighborhood place and hope their service improves.
