Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. If you feel that your party requires more time, please let us know in the notes and we will get back to you with our available accommodations.

Excellent food and good service. A little slow to take first order, but after that was a great service experience...kept plates flowing to us.

Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

This restaurant is amazing. The wait staff was so great and recommended the best dishes for us. We went there for happy hour and I think it’s the best in Seattle! The ribs, burger and the banana crème brûlée are a must!

Just isn’t what it once was. Pork shoulder was unremarkable, a bit dry and on a bed of overcooked cabbage. Service was fine, wine list is scant. No one was there. Is this place going down?

In addition to our 50+ ciders, beer & full bar, we serve local Washington wines as well as a selection of Mediterranean ones, curated by local winemaker Rich Burton of Locus Wines.

Main dining room is all ages with 75 seats. Downstairs bar/event space holds 150 people - 21+only for regular hours. Please note that food service stops 45 minutes prior to posted closing times.

This was a fantastic dining experience. The chef was the greeter and it was wonderful to meet him! The waitstaff was as knowledge, helpful, and patient. The food was delicious and the menu was curated beautifully. You have to try the corn gibblets!

The food was absolutely phenomenal. The bib and blue cheese salad was absolutely delicious, as was the short rib. My friend had the fish and it was fantastic as well. Great atmosphere, great service, great cocktails! You can’t go wrong.

French Bistro doesn’t get any more authentic in Chicago than Le Bouchon, which maintains its excellence in the tradition of Jean-Claude. Service is quintessentially Chicagoan in professionalism and personality, while lacking in the typical French diffidence. Can’t misses: steak frites or moules et frites, tarte à l’oignon or crôque madame. Specials are spéciales and a late lunch can make the rest of your day.

Food was delicious! We loved every plate! Our only complaint is that lighting was too dark. We understand it is for the ambience but we couldn’t see the beautiful food and plating, but maybe that’s just us :-)

Great spot not our first time here everything is excellent we did surf n turf fillet we had ribeye steak we had extra lobster tails crab cakes shrimp. Everything was delicious the waiters were very attentive.

We LOVED everything we ate at Parachute. We shared the Korean fried chicken, haemul pajeon, 30 day dry aged bulgogi, yukgaejang, and s'mores patbingsu. The vibe ws really fun and our service was great. When they open again, I'm certain they will bring the same care and expertise to another excellent experience.

We LOVED this restaurant. We sat inside so we couldn’t see the movie, but that wasn’t really an issue. The restaurant itself was stunning. Our server David was absolutely lovely. He really made our experience. The food was great, we got the smoked salmon, burrata with pears, sesame chicken, and pork chop. Everything was delicious. For dessert we got crème brûlée and a sort of chocolate mousse. Fantastic. It’s an expensive date but you pay for the food and the experience. Would go again!

We have been meaning to come here for awhile, so had the opportunity right before the holidays and enjoyed an amazing meal. We did the tasting menu for 2 of us (friend's dinner) and was not disappointed. Almost everything that came out was delightful with a couple of personal preferences that we didn't care for as much but still tasty. The desserts were amazing. The chocolate pavlova and the kiwi jelly is something that i'll remember and go back for again if they still have it.

Joyous experience. Our third or fourth time here, fabulous food and service each time. Maz and Jordan are extremely attentive and friendly. The dishes are exquisite and delicious. The Taste of the ocean dish is a must. So good. The menu changes seasonally, with some staples on there year round.

We were able to snag a 5:30 tables at the counter on Friday night. Doors open at 5:30 and reservations are highly recommended and there is a waitlist line for those without. The team has a chat and a cheer before opening the doors and the vibe is upbeat and cheery. The waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. Our server explained how the menu worked and asked if we had any food allergies which we did. He consulted on the current menu and marked it so we me what was okay, what could be modified and what simply could not which was very helpful. We ordered a porter beer and I had 2 glasses of Syrah. The wine by the glass selection was nothing special but good. Most of the dishes are served dim sum style, tiny bites for two which allows you to sample many without getting too full to enjoy the experience. We began with a couple of oysters which my companion said were delicious. Then we shared the duck pate with teeny corn muffins. It was creamy with a great flavor. Then we shared the smoked trout dip with potato chips. Yummy with a nice balance of flavors., I ordered the broccoli which was a bit of a disappointment- blanched broccoli with some everything bagel seasoning thrown on it. Next up were these fabulous tiny pork ribs with a spicy sauce. Then we had a burrata topped with 5 pepper and in top of some sort of bread. It was good but not outstanding. I then ordered the beef tartare that was to die for in its complexity of flavors. Lastly we skipped dessert to try the blue corn pancakes with bruised bacon and coffee butter that simply rocked. We dined at Bouche prior to going to the theatre. 5:15 reservation allows the perfect time to make it to the 7:30 show. We are always so impressed with the quality experience at Bouche. Warm, cozy, friendly atmosphere along with totally affordable delicious food!! Chef Jeremy makes the best soups, the adventurous is a fun way to try something new. Our main courses are beautifully plated, a touch of art. The meal was perfectly cooked and every bite was enjoyed. Can’t wait until my next Bouche meal!

Introduced some friends to Alley & Vine last night. I’ve been with my wife several times. Usually, we leave the kids behind but last night we were 4 adults, 3 kids. Most of our food was spectacular. The calamari didn’t do it for me and the oysters were a big miss. My friend found a large piece of plastic in her mashed potatoes. But what really offended me was the prictag for the pasta we ordered for our children. $20 for butter pasta is outrageous. I work in cultural attractions as an executive chef and our prices are HIGH but $20 for pasta is gouging. Please develop a kids menu. Even if only very limited options.

The ambiance and service at Rioja is always amazing. We shared the house salad which was delicious. My mom ordered the Thai chili pork entree which was bursting with flavor. I would come back just to get that. I had the short rib which was perfectly cooked, I wish it had more sauce and more of the carrot purée, but over all excellent.

Everything tonight was absolutely amazing from the way the bread crunched, yet retained the soft fluffy inside, to the perfectly portioned petite salad, the exquisite chicken for two dish and the outstanding service. Almost 100 years old, this iconic East Village watering hole has pioneered “Dive Elegance”, where craft cocktails and a warm welcome meet. The bar has been a gritty dive bar frequented in the 1990s by The Ramones and The Bouncing Souls, who immortalized it in their “Holiday Cocktail Lounge” song. In the 1980s, Madonna, Iggy Pop and Keith Richards frequented its bar stools. Poets Allen Ginsburg and W.H. Auden were regulars in the 1970s, as was Godlis, who documented the punk rock scene, Frank Sinatra and Shelly Winters made it their haunt in the 1960s. Holiday Cocktail Lounge opened in 1950, succeeding The Ali Baba Burlesque, which entertained guests in the 1940s. The venue began its libational history back in 1919 as a speakeasy hidden in Ann’s Beauty Shop, attracting the likes of Russian revolutionary Leon Trotsky during his East Village sojourn. It was the city’s 50th licensed bar when Prohibition ended in 1933. The building itself dates back to 1835.

The food and service were outstanding; we had the crudo yellowfin as appetizer the branzino fish as entree, both were delicious. The cocktails finally were served on the right glasses this time which was much appreciated: everything was top notch and we felt very well received and taken care of by the receptionist on a very busy holiday season day.

My friend and I booked a table at Vessel this evening and found our experience to have met our high expectations. Our reservation was set for 6:30 and we were seated at 6:30. Our waiter greeted us with a very pleasant demeanor and provided us with excellent recommendations. We both ordered the Salmon with Brussel Sprouts and our dishes arrived in a timely fashion. The fish was prepared to perfection and the brussel sprouts were seasoned impeccably. Our entire experience did not disappoint and we will be recommending this beautiful restaurant to family and friends.

The restaurant at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort was excellent. Entrees included Stone Crab as well as Scallops - both were excellent selections. Wait staff was courteous and timely. Ambience was also very good - not loud and we had a nice table for two in a quiet part of the restaurant. Good wine list.

Etch is one of the restaurants that I go to before the symphony and have done so for years. Last night the thought came to me that I have NEVER been disappointed either by the food or the service. The menu has both new dishes and old favorites. all of which are first class.

This was our second time to dine here, and it was amazing…again! The Tournament of Champions Tiffin, Braised Chicken Tikka Masala, Tamarind Lamb Chops with Korma, Garlic Naan, Brussels Sprouts, and Braised French Onion Naan were all delicious!! We chose this restaurant to celebrate my son’s 27th birthday, and it will go down as one of his best birthday meals ever!! We will visit again soon!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Peppervine. We tried quite a few dishes - pimento cheese scones, tomato soup, endive salad, cauliflower app, the swordfish and the short rib and it was all amazing except for the salad. That was the only thing I wouldn’t re-order. And our server was really great as well - so friendly, attentive and made sure our dishes were coursed perfectly. We will definitely be back!

We always enjoy a delightful lunch on the patio. We sure enjoy being able to bring our chihuahua when we go out for a meal. Conversation was easy and we were far enough from the next table to not be bothered by their voices. My salmon had a fabulous glaze that continued on the quinoa base. Absolutely delightful Wait staff moved about thru the tables on a regular basis , ready to look after our wants. A memorable patio to spend our 28 th Wedding Anniversary! Thank you Herb Box

My god that venison tartare was amazing , and the porcini crema pizza And the pici noodles with the wild boar ragu paired with a brunello transported me back to montalcino Best staff ! And the candy cane and egg nog ice creams were both delicious !

I really love this little bistro. It's a bit out the way whenever I am in Memphis, but I make it a point to stop at Pepper and grab something on the go or dine-in for dinner. I had the French Mustard Chicken Thighs and Brandy Sweet Potato Pie. It was all delicious. The bistro is sort of rustic. It appears to be a work in progress, but I look forward to dining again very soon. Oh yes, try the Lavender and Earl Grey Tea cookies when you visit!

The food and service at this restaurant is top notch. When you walk into the restaurant there is a cozy feeling met with welcoming smiles from the staff. The winter menu is available now and has so many great selections to satisfy whatever mood you’re in for your meal. I particularly loved the seared duck breast with winter vegetables and a balsamic glaze tonight. It was tender and delicious! Also, our waiter provided exemplary service and we can’t wait for our next visit.
