I've been to The Chanler’s previous café many times and absolutely loved it, but Remy’s Loose has surpassed all expectations. This was an unparalleled dining experience.
The décor is sleek yet comfortable, and as always, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We tried multiple dishes, and each was better than the last. The onion bread was phenomenal, and I was especially surprised by the amberjack, as it was extraordinary. Even my partner, who doesn’t usually like seafood, loved it! The oysters were impeccably fresh with the perfect mignonette, and the red snapper was divine. The steak was cooked to perfection, and for dessert, we shared a fruit dish with ladyfingers that balanced sweetness beautifully.
One of the biggest surprises was the ravioli with peas; it was incredibly fresh and tasted like spring on a plate. Every detail of the meal was thoughtfully executed, and we can’t wait to return.
