SO SO LOUD! We requested the upper level bc it's usually quieter but this evening at a6:00 reservation it was impossible for us to carry on a conversation. The Char was very good; my husband's lobster roll, not so much. The lobster pcs were tasty but the dressing was not dressing but simply mayo and too much of it and the roll was griddled on rancid oil so the flavor was ruined. I'm afraid we cannot frequent Lucile's as often as we used to which makes us very sad

My sisters and my Dad have an onion allergy. We informed our server, Tina, about this which led to chef Casey coming to our table more than once to make sure there would lot be any issues. He was so accommodating and that was so much appreciated. Thank you Chef Casey. Overall, a very pleasant experience with the staff going above and beyond.

Very crowded for Thanksgiving. Staff still did a great job getting us seated and served. It was delicious. I think Lucille's did a great job!

Great food and great service. We were seated earlier than our 1:00PM reservation. We were given a nice roomy table and Thanksgiving meal was excellent and fairly priced. We will be back.

Thanksgiving dinner at Lucile's was wonderful. The food was delicious. However, the restaurant itself was way overcrowded! Our table was shoved against the island of the main floor. When people walked by, we had to shove our chairs into the table and eventually had to shove our table into the island, just to make room for others walking by. This happened all throughout our meal. I've always loved Lucile's, but they shouldn't try to shove customers in like sardines. They should work within the space they actually have available. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, which is why I've given only 1 star for ambiance. In a restaurant notorious for being too loud, overcrowding the place just made things that much worse.

Seated quickly. Our server was a super star - kept up with several large seatings…. All staff was coordinated and worked well together. Even management was helping and kept the flow of hospitality going

Lobster bisque and lobster pieces were outstanding! Entrees we’re not. My wife had redfish, cooked ok but borderline dry in texture. Accompanying sauce did not compliment the fish, seemed like an afterthought. I had the lobster scallop fettuccine alfredo. Sauce was not Alfredo, at least in the classic sense. I expected a buttery creamy white sauce. The lobster and scallops were good, but the added vegetables diminished their impact. Charming restaurant with attentive staff. But pricey. One and done.

Our waitress was the most positive person. We had the crab Benedict and shrimp and grits as well as beignets. It was amazing and super awesome. I ordered the mammoth. Mossa didn’t realize it was in a pint glass, but they gave it to me. They gave me a champagne glass before too, which was perfect. I was hungry enough to eat the lobster roll because we got there at 11:30 so I wish I could’ve had both breakfast and lunch. It was amazing such a cute place. I wish I had gone there before today.
