We had a great time at Lucille. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, so festive! The food was great, as usual, and the portions - just right! The service was good, even though it was busier than usual, - the beginning of the holiday season. We enjoyed our lunch and had a great time.

The French onion soup and the ice trolley for dessert were great. The entree was very disappointing, I did not care for the fish and the veggies were hard. It was a very expensive meal. Service was very good and the room we were seated was nice.

The food and service were excellent. I was disappointed to learn that coffee and tea were additional charges. At $40 per lunch soft drinks should be included!

Made reservations for 2 at Lucille at Drury Lane Theater at 7 pm on 11/13/24 via OpenTable as we were going to watch The Little Mermaid musical. We expected to have an actual dinner, but the dinner service was closed. They were closed on Tuesdays, but somehow, they were open? I don't get it. Nowhere OpenTable does it say this. Considering that we were expecting to have an actual dinner there, that was a little upsetting and that is why I scored the overall experience as two stars. Whether they never mentioned this to OpenTable or OpenTable "dropped the ball" on this one, who knows? The bar was opened, and my wife and I were able to order a couple of drinks and a couple of appetizers (again, why can't I have a dinner for two but we can order appetizers?). For the latter, I rated the food and the service high. Kudos.

So I was going to see play at drury lane and made reservations for Lucille. We have eaten there before and always enjoy ourselves. Came last night at 5:30 and was told restaurant was closed on weds night. A person from Lucille’s even called me on Tuesday to confirm my reservations. We were really confused and it seems like the person I talked to confirm reservations would have told me restaurant was closed. We ended up eating in the bar.

Food was good. When I called to verify I said no stairs. When we got there they went right to the stairs. I told the girl I requested no stairs she seemed confused but we got an area that had 2 steps and a ramp which was ok. Our server was ok but I’ve had better service there before.

First time visiting the Drury Lane brunch and it was very nice. I participated in the Spooktacular brunch during October, and it was a fun experience overall. The price was very reasonable considering there was lots of kids with Halloween costumes. Would recommend again for special events or any Sunday celebration with friends of family. Service and food was great and ambiance made is a special brunch celebration!

A couple things further constructive criticism after attending various holiday and Sunday brunches: 1. It was FREEZING the entire time we had brunch Sept 27 2024 first the spooktacular brunch. It made the food get cold quickly and wasn’t very comfortable eating being so cold. 2. The dessert selection was quite poor and has been decreasing over the past years. The cupcakes we very dry. Not much selection. Not being refilled as often as needed. For the price paid, very disappointing. 3. The overall value for what is offered is becoming a factor on whether we will return as long time customers. We do not drink and the price is not worth it for us. Perhaps they can do a two year pricing cut those who drink vs those who don’t to make if a worthwhile value for all. A wristband can be issued to those who pay for spirits. 4. What happened to the bruschetta? The pluses: Fresh crepes, donuts and eggs. As well as the standard prime rib.
