Situated in an 18th century former coach house overlooking Leyton Green, Lussmanns Harpenden has a delightful rural character and feel. Guests can enjoy courtyard dining in the charming walled garden and private meals in our lovely first floor room.     There is a lovely cosy atmosphere in this quaint historic place. Staff are very welcoming and accomodating - we had our two young daughters with us. The food was excellent -great quality, taste and portion size. I had kipper croquettes and the chalk stream trout, both delicious. Deserts are always great, plum crumble and Bramley apple cheesecake are highly recommended.

    Lovely setting, really good atmosphere, not noisey with a nice ambience, could hold a conversation without shouting and food was good too.staff relly polite, would recommend

    Food is excellent, and to me, the vegan options are very good. We always have extremely friendly and efficient service and return time and time again.

    As usual wonderful friendly , welcoming and efficient service in a delightful room. Food was very good overall but the linguine a La Norma wasn’t very flavourful. It was acknowledged that we were celebrating an anniversary which always makes you feel a valued customer.
