   Food was very good and service was excellent. Although the dining area was full, noise was not a problem.

   Usually a great experience. Front desk person very impersonal and hard to understand acted like she didn’t want to be there, made us feel uncomfortable. Wait staff great. Prime rib ordered 12 ounce came out as a thin 8 ounce looking portion not medium rare. Been there a bunch of times and the prime has always been thick, medium rare and tender. Hope they are not going downhill.

   Pasta sauce very dry served. Hamburger just average. Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes good. Apple Martini not very well balanced strong and watery.

   This was our first visit to Mac’s, and we were impressed from start to finish. We were celebrating my father-in-law’s and son’s birthdays, and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh! Service was tremendous and everyone left happy! We will be back!

   Service was slow and we had to ask for everything. Drinks were pitiful.

   Mac's continues to provide great value for the terrific food and service offered. Love the bottomless salad!! Never had to wait long between courses.

   This is our favorite Grapevine restaurant, with every visit reaffirming why we continue to rate Mac’s so highly. Today’s brunch was tops.

   I’ve been here multiple times and have loved it in the past. Unfortunately, if this had been my first visit today, it would have been the last. Steak and potato arrived barely warm, and the mushrooms arrived cold. Brought my mom for her first visit, and her steak was ordered as medium well, and arrived with blood on the plate. Came back with her steak and it still was rare. Very disappointing, especially considering this is our usual go to when we come in town. Our server was not attentive, nor was he friendly, at all.
