   I booked a reservation 6 weeks before Valentine’s Day, I have been to this restaurant many times before and I will not be coming back after this last disappointment . I had requested the main patio but when we arrive, we were sat at a different patio area that looked like it was used for storage. Our table was underneath leaking sprinklers. The main patio was booked for a banquet party which we were never notified of. The fixed menu had 6 options of which we could only choose 3 of to share between my husband and I. We were not pleased with the menu choices. Dessert was a tasteless chocolate cake. Server “Bella” was very nice and also the cocktail drinks. I’m sorry to complain but you asked. 1 star rating and that is thanks to Bella.

   Food was amazing. The service and ambiance weren’t up to the usual par. Three of the courses came out and we didn’t have either plates or utensils. There was a large loud party next to us with a woman vaping that ruined the mood.

   The service was so poor that we ended up walking out after a brief discussion with a manager. They did offer to comp our meal if we stayed; however, after an hour and a half of majorly lacking and muddled service we had zero desire to stay. I will say that other tables around us seemed to be getting decent service. We had a table sat in front of us that within five minutes had bread and bottled water. At an hour an a half in we had not been offered either of those. It was Valentine’s Day and a fixed menu with only two options. After retaking our order three times, they somehow still managed to bring us the wrong entree. The ambiance was lovely but the experience itself was highly disappointing on many levels, not all of which are mentioned here.

   Portions were exceptionally small for the prices they charge! Totally ridiculous! I spent approx $100 for lunch for two and left hungry! Went home and made us another meal after. Felt ripped off and taken advantage of. Owner cuts every corner imaginable. We won’t be back esp at those prices

   The food and service was exceptional! Under the new ownership, we have been there twice and both times exceedingly happy with everything.

   greeting on arrival great & nice table by lake, pre prandial Sauvignon tasty, fresh and cool. food as good as usual BUT! the wind coming in from the lake was freezing and the noise from intoxicated girls on the next table was infuriating (someone from management should have spotted the problem and dealt with the obvious obnoxiousness). we enjoyed our lunch but wouldn’t book again for terrace until the weather warms!

   I had the Bacchus Wagyu Burger and an excellent bottle of wine that the server recommended during a pre-dinner stroll through the wine-rack isles filled with myriads of wines. The prices are reasonable, no high markup like most fine restaurants. The overall experience was superb; the food is of the best quality, fresh and delicious!

   If you market your restaurant as a French Bistro with "Exquisite French Dining" than much, much more of an effort is required. A hamburger served on a truffle brioche bun with fries accompanied by an overwhelmingly viscous truffle sauce is something far short of French Bistro fare and shows a shocking lack of imagination. Ice cold butter served without even a nod to even reasonably good French butter and with more than just a whiff of the walk-in refrigerator suggests more cafeteria than bistro. Overall the experience reminded me why I hadn't been there in over two years. A pity as the wine store has remarkable selections, even if overpriced.

   The service was awesome! Our server gave great recommendations. The food was delicious and the live music gave the beautiful view a little something extra.

    The place has a nice and relaxing vibe. Our server was very professional and attentive. Unfortunately there was a lack to detail I would expect at those prices. There was a dirty wine glass on the table when we were seated and then my wine was served in a stained glass again. The food was ok. My fries were raw inside and the steak was also rare rather then medium as requested. For a $45 steak fritters I was expecting more. There is definitely some work needed.
