BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. Due to extensive renovations our cocktail program is not available, wines available. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $165.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Absolutely loved it and will be back anytime we’re visiting San Juan. Beyond impressed with food, service and the whole experience, we had to wait for our wine refills a bit too long :). Beef tartare blew my mind.

What an amazing experience! Anna was lovely and helped to make the meal even better with her service and explanations. The food and wine pairings were terrific! I am so glad to have had this experience.

Everything about Marmalade radiates attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and excellent food. I just had one of the best meals ever! Service is beyond top notch and the quality and taste of the food is phenomenal. Please dine here, savor the experience, and enjoy the attention. The only suggestion would be to have local music playing in the background. Thank you to all of the staff during my dining experience, I will remember my experience with all of you.

A wonderful experience from entrance to exit. Welcomed by staff at least 3 times, impeccable service by Alejandro and the rest of the servers. Everything we tried was just delicious and beautifully presented. And thankful to the staff for making our anniversary dinner so special! We will definitely return. Believe the hype.

This fine restaurant continues to deliver outstanding food and ambiance under Chef Peter’s capable direction. We again had a truly outstanding and innovative meal and dining experience. Our only regret is that Marmalade is 1500 miles away!

Excellent food and service. Could not ask for anything more! Great place for a special occasion. Intimate, cozy seating arrangements and hardly any noise even when the place was almost full. Will definitely have to come back.

We celebrated the beginning of our honeymoon here, and it’s the best decision we’ve made! They made it really really special and the food was fabulous!!! Out of the menus specials are all amazing 15/10 recommend!!!

Walked in to Marmalade and my first impression was wow. Very Old San Juan-chic. The vibrant yet subtle colors inside make the beginning of this not only culinary but also sensory experience, amazing. The hostess was very polite and polished. I was walked to my table and given a brief yet elegant explanation of the menu and ordering process. I had lot of question for the server who was very knowledgeable. The server helped me decide on a few of the menu choices. Very happy with the food. The tuna Tar Tar was out of this world. Very balanced and delicious flavors. The little white bean soup is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. For my main I had the halibut but I also got to try the tenderloin and I was very happy with both dishes. The salsa on top of the halibut had the right amount of acidity to complement the buttery halibut steak. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. For dessert the Burberry bacon and bourbon was the perfect ending to my evening, the pastry melts in your mouth and the explosion of flavors is unique as the whole menu and vibe in this restaurant. 10/10 will be coming back.

Our experience at Marmalade for our anniversary was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel celebrated—almost every employee took a moment to congratulate us, adding such a thoughtful touch to the evening. It was my first time trying a wine pairing, and I was impressed. Each wine and spirit selection not only complemented the dishes beautifully but also came with a brief introduction that enhanced our appreciation for the pairing. The white bean cream soup truly lives up to the hype—its smoothness and flavor are remarkable. I jokingly remarked on how amazing it was to our server, who, much to my surprise, quickly returned with a recipe card for the soup. She even wrote down additional tips for achieving the soup’s smoothness. Every dish we tried was excellent in portion size, texture, and flavor. Even our 14-year-old, gave the experience a 5 star review. Marmalade was a great choice to celebrate our anniversary. We would highly recommend it for any special occasion!
