BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Literally one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had! From start to finish, everything was impeccable. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was divine, presentation was beautiful. It was a transformative experience. 100% percent worth it.

I wrote a review earlier, the owner responded, but it appears the review was deleted. That explains why the reviews are so.high, apparently most of the bad ones get deleted.. I was not happy with the food at all. Flavorless and bland. I live in Chicago and pay good money for good food. This was good.money for bad food.

My offer to invite your return is genuine as we received no details of your disappointment during your two hour visit despite multiple visits and table touches by Captains, Somm, Restaurant Manager and Rafael our GM. we are in the business of pleasing people and serving with joy while cooking with passion. Had we known you didn't love something we would have happily exchanged it for something else. Your specific and constructive feedback is always welcome, this is why we have excelled for over 20 years David. I know your standards are high being from Chicago but I feel we will exceed them if given the opportunity to host you once again in right energy. Excelente experience; outstanding food, service and value for the money. You pay for what you eat. Most close to a Michelin Star restaurant in Puerto Rico.

We can’t begin to express how absolutely amazing everything about our experience at Marmalade was. From the personal attention to our reservation to the final farewell, the entire staff were engaged and made us feel valued. The food was exceptional and the wine pairing could not have been more perfect. This was a feast for all of our senses. The presentation was awe inspiring; the flavors were explosive. We were quite simply delighted with it all!

We had a fantastic 5 course tasting menu paired with wines forValentine’s Day. We loved having choices on food and appreciated the thoughtful and creative wine pairings. All of the food was fantastic but the Triple B dessert was perhaps our favorite.

It’s the greatest dining experience I’ve ever had. They had creative and refreshing dishes, and a warm and welcoming staff that made our anniversary night the best.

Spectacular meal. The attention to detail is immaculate. Came for a birthday dinner and all the staff wished my wife a happy birthday. We did the wine pairing and each wine was described very well and how it paired with each dish. The pace of the meal was perfect. Great place for celebrating or splurging on vacation.
