    BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    As if the incredible ambience, service and environment wasn’t enough - the food at marmalade was one of the best meals we have ever had. There was not a course that came out that we weren’t obsessed with. Will absolutely be returning!

    The restaurant is well appointed. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were spot on. Our server, Christina, was knowledgeable, personable and contributed to our experience. It was a lovely and memorable way to end our stay in Puerto Rico.

    came to marmalade for my birthday and so happy i did! the food and the service are both outstanding! our waitress melanie was so welcoming, friendly and very attentive. I am from new york and have been to the top restaurants around and marmalade gives them all a run for there money. i would highly recommend the paiella bites, popcorn shrimp, lobster risotto, white bean soup, and beef tenderloin. the desserts are also to die for, i hope to be back soon.

    One of our most anticipated dinners to date and the team did not disappoint one bit. It is a 5 coursed menu but you’re able to make selections based on what you like and prefer. Every recommendation was stellar, the wine pairings complimented each dish perfectly. The team gathered information based on your preferences to even further the experience. Great job to all around and thank you for making it such a special evening!

    The food was amazing, the background music choices were perfect. I went for my birthday and everyone wished me happy birthday as they brought out the food. I also got a card signed by all the staff before I left. Everyone was so kind and attentive, my water was never empty.

    Our first experience with Marmalade was 9 years ago and we were hooked. Chef Peter has created a food experience like no other. We are here on vacation and had to go back and it did not disappoint. It was and remains to be a 5 star experience. Thank you Chef for what you do!
