Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Denver anchors the ground floor of the Steele Creek luxury apartment building in Cherry Creek, Denver’s premier shopping, restaurant, and entertainment district. Our 7,800 square foot dining room is open for dinner service from 5pm nightly. Takeout available nightly from 5-9pm.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s world-famous cuisine draws influence from his classical training in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world, showcasing signature dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and Whitefish Tiradito.

As usual the food was amazing. It can get pricey especially with a group of 4 or more, ordering alcohol impacts this as well. Must have items: black cod lettuce cups, Nobu Taco, black truffle sea bass, Anticucho lamp chops, & the shishito peppers. For dessert the shaved ice is amazing

The food was beyond average and our server didn’t seem to know much about the menu. For such an expensive meal, I would expect amazing food and service.

Came here for a fine dining experience and was extremely impressed. Best sushi I have had. Experienced shaved white truffle for the first time on sushi. Insane experience. $300 for an amazing dinner for two when letting the waiter just bring dishes out.

My favorite restaurant in Denver!! It never disappoints. The service was great too. I love they always make different recommendations and the recommendations are always amazing.

Hannah was a great server, she went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves and explored the menu and all it had to offer; we liked everything, and we liked anything with salmon it it the least…a bit slimy. If you’re getting a drink from the bar, the Gardener is great with Tequila. The bar isn’t necessarily first come first serve…so don’t get comfy.
