    Maximillians Grill is probably one of the most underrated under the radar restaurants in Cary, NC. It's frontage is very subdued thus people likely don't drive by and think it would be a good place to eat. The food is very very good. We had the faccatia appetizer, a shrimp and grits entree and a crab with pasta which was on special. All were every enjoyable. Servers were on top of their game, clearing empty plates quickly and keeping water glasses full. Only not perfect comment was that cheese cake dessert was a little dry, but still tasty. Taramasu was very good, tho.

    I can't say enough about Maximillian's! My boyfriend and I have been there three times in the last two months, and every time, it has been fab. The drinks are delish (thank you, Ross!)., and the food is absolutely delicious (thank you, Margie)! We were there last night, and my boyfriend had the special (yellowfin tuna), and he was blown away—it was superb. My crab pasta dish was also superb. The ambience is wonderful— we love the blues music! If you haven't been at all or in a while, you must go! And keep an eye out for their once a month evenings with music - I believe on a Thursday night. Thank you Margie and Will! Cheers, Yvette

    Martinis at the bar were excellent. Calamari is ALWAYS our favorite. What a presentation! Sweet Potato Egg Roles was a nice change. Voodoo of the Day .....SUPERB!!!! Gotta like hot and spicy! Buratta Pasta excellent.

    Maximilian’s is a hidden gem. Delicious food, attentive, staff, and reasonable prices. You must try the grilled Caesar salad! Delicious can’t wait to go back.

    We went during restaurant week and truly enjoyed their menu and choices. The food was prepared excellently! Our table of five each selected a different app. One had meatballs that were outstanding, two had the muscles in wine and raved about them, one had the grilled Brussels sprouts and I had the grilled Cesar salad…we would all go back for these again. The Duck confi was excellent as were the other offerings. I had the Mountain Trout which was beautifully plated and delicious. Our cocktails were also first rate. I wish i lived closer as this would be my go to restaurant for a delicious night out!

    The special menu for Restaurant Week drew our group to this dining out experience. We were not disappointed. The food options for this special menu were amazing and we all tried different selections. Excellent! The wait staff was very accommodating and even thought we were a party of 8, Moirai gave each of us special attention. Great dining out experience!
