Maynard’s is locally owned and operated, and prides itself in giving back to the communities it serves. Known for the best views of Lake Minnetonka and the best waterfront dining in the state, Maynard’s is a place everyone can enjoy. Our American Casual menu is sure to suit even the most specific appetite, and our bar area is a great place to gather for the big game and enjoy our award winning happy hour.

Maynard’s is a place the locals can call home while still serving as a main tourist attraction of the Twin Cities Metro. We pride ourselves in a quality product at a fair price, but believe our consistent service and attention to detail (even amongst the big summertime crowds) sets us apart.

    I was there with my family for a meal honoring a veteran, and pleased to see so many veterans present. The service and food were great. It tends to be exuberantly noisy.

    Maynard's generously offered a free meal to Veterans, so the restaurant was very busy. The pan fried walleye was delicious!

    Service was slow as it took one hour to receive food—hour after we were seated. Only ordered a cheeseburger and a pork chop. When food arrived it seemed like it had sat for awhile. It was just ok We have liked it in the past and hope this was just a bad day on their part

    We had four at our table, each with a different dish. The soups were French onion and chicken wild rice, both outstanding, properly hot, and immediately served. The cranberry turkey sandwich was delicious, and all the salads were just right. Veterans Day there was a success, and the meal was complimentary to $20; we left a generous tip.

    Phenomenal food and service. We come here a couple times a year and always leave full and happy. The shrimp scampi and Cabo steak wrap are amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    Despite arriving on time for our reservation we still had to wait several minutes for a table. Our waitress was very nice and helpful, but struggled to keep up with the number of people she was serving.
