   We've gone to Melt a few times now, and this time we were a little disappointed. Server was very nice, but we could see that he had several large tables -ALL over the restaurant, which often made for slower service. 2 out 3 of our entrees weren't great. The fish special was underdone, crispy artichoke hearts were very soggy, and the pancetta in carbonara just tasted old. We were kinda bummed.

   Always a good meal at Melt. Juan was a great server and made sure you had everything you needed to enjoy your experience.

   Melt was great! Celebrated my 69th birthday with a delicious meal and wonderful bottle of wine! The holiday ambience was relaxing and we were well taken care of by the staff. Dinner flowed at an unhurried pace, where we were able to enjoy each course while sipping our Barolo. Caesar salad was delightful with parm shavings and crunchy croutons. Loved the dressing! Hubby’s pasta fagioli was some of the best he’s tasted-lots of flavor and freshness. Our entrees of Fettuccine Bolognese and the Pappardelle al Vitello were delicious and plentiful. So yummy! We split the dark chocolate torte with vanilla gelato which certainly satisfied our chocolate cravings! A slice of guava cheesecake was complimentary to take home in honor of my birthday. How great is that! This was our first visit to Melt, but certainly will not be our last! What a find so close to Bethlehem and Upper Bucks!

   The food was fabulous. Very unfortunately we had a wildly drunk table of two next to us, who were vulgar and loud. We left earlier than we wanted and would have hoped management would have addressed this - which we know would be difficult but we were disappointed.

    I had an uncomfortable experience while I was on a date with my significant other. We walk in and sat down and after we ordered our drink the hostess that let us in came to our table and asked my partner to remove his hat. I understand if they have a hat policy she should've let us know before she sat us down. My partner became uncomfortable because she had the manager go up to us and asked him to remove his hat due to this so called policy. When my partner looked around there was at least three other caucasian individuals wearing hats and no one said anything to them until my partner pointed it out. We don't mind complying with the rules of any establishment however they should be applied to everyone not just certain people.

We apologize that you were not told about our hat policy before being seated. Our hat policy is in place for everyone, regardless of age, race, or gender. We do however make exceptions for medical or religious purposes.
