We are regulars at Mesa and always have a great experience. We had a few drinks from their new list, and they were amazing. Our food was delicious as usual. Our favorites are the enchiladas and their new pork loin dish. My wife and I enjoy the energetic vibe of Mesa. All the staff is always friendly and accommodating. One of our favorites.

Had an odd experience. I have been to this restaurant many times. This visit it was not overly crowded. My wife and I tried ordering a flight sampler of margaritas. They told us we couldn’t get them because they ran out of glasses. The restaurant was half full. A random waiter who overheard me questioning our waiter about this told me that “literally everyone” in the restaurant had a flight sampler. That was laughable, as it was easily observable that this was in no way remotely true. We did finally get a flight once glasses became available later, but it was really odd. Also, our waiter seemed very unusually sleepy. Eyes half closed. Tried to memorize our order and of course got it wrong, so I had to wait for mine while the wife ate. The food was ok, but not great. No apologies from management about any of the above, which is disappointing. This place has declined over the years for both food and service. It’s sad, because it used to be really good. There are much better options in Easton for sure.

We visited Mesa for lunch. This was our first visit to Mesa and we were impressed with the level of service and the food quality.

We live in town and have been frequenting Mesa for over 4 years, and have noticed that the food has become inconsistent. The menu shown on your website is not the same as what’s being offered, which was disappointing. Drinks are consistent and the bar/ tequila selection is great. The food is still good but has been done better in the past. We would love to seen a non-fried (white)fish option for the tacos. I had the brisket tacos that were somewhat dry and lacking in slaw. The burritos that our guests order were very good and generous in portion. We sat in one of the corner banquettes which is cozy and quiet enough, but original were sat at a middle area table that seemed tight so we requested the corner table. Mesa will remain in our dining rotation but word on the street is that the new Gusto hotel coming will house a high end Mexican restaurant; a little competition is always a good motivator for improving on what’s currently being offered at Mesa. Thank you.

It must have been an off night for our server and kitchen. It felt like we were a bother to our server. She was attentive to other tables but when we would attempt to get her attention she ignored us. So we were constantly flagging down other servers for simple things ( chips, water, refills). I ordered a meal I had previously ordered and it tasted very different in addition our entrees were cold. Hopefully next time will be better.

The only 'snag 'was that our order ticket was somehow 'lost', but our server, 'Léa K' was very apologetic and accommodating. She kept us amply supplied with chips, sauce and drinks while we waited for our meals. We were not in a hurry (no show to go to, etc.), so no problem. In addition, our deserts were 'on the house', due to the delayed meals.....a complete surprise! Mesa was a nice experience, as always.... we'll be back,
