Michael’s Grill is a refreshing destination for a unique dining experience in the town of Carrollwood. It hosts a spacious covered patio along with a beautiful granite bar to enjoy your favorite cocktails. Michael’s fresh seafood is the talk of the town, which he attributes to a long lasting friendship with a local fish monger of 30 years.

First time visiting, and what a gem. I had the lemon grouper and it was outstanding. Craft cocktails were creative, I had a casaamigos martini with tajin. Fresh fish, fun out of the box menu. Will definitely be back.

Seraphina provided excellent service, food was delicious and we enjoyed being able to talk to everyone at our table. Michael’s is our favorite and our family and friends are always empresse!

This was our first time at Thai restaurant. The Duck was fantastic. The steak bowl was very good. The sangria was unique. We will definitely go back

We just love coming here for our girls lunch. Four of us senior citizens had apps and wine. It was so delicious. Our waiter, Niki, was so helpful with our selections, and so well versed on answering our questions. This is our 3rd birthday celebration here, and it seems to be our "thing" It is well worth the 50 minute drive.

We started with crab bisque soup and steak egg rolls, both were excellent. Our dinners were yellow tail snapper and duck breast, again both outstanding. The setting was mostly quiet and intimate, service was very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would certainly return here on my next trip to Tampa.

Just WOW. I’ve been to Michaels many times day and evening and it was OK. Today three of us had dinner there and it was just WOWSA. One had salmon, one sea bass and one duck breast. She crab bisque appetizer and shared tortilla and fish dip but the FOODGASM came with to sticky toffee desert. JUST SPECTACULAR.
