The East Coast flagship of the acclaimed MICHELIN-Recommended Miku Restaurant from Vancouver.

Miku specializes in Aburi (flame-seared) Sushi, premium seafood, & A5 wagyu steak. Our menu blends Japanese culinary traditions with local ingredients. Our chefs creatively pair sushi with distinctive, house-made sauces, amplified by a binchotan (oak charcoal) flame sear, crafting sushi with a signature smoky flavour, and entrées using premium seasonal ingredients from Japan.

Alongside our esteemed culinary creations, we take great pride that within our restaurant group, ABURI Hana in Yorkville, Toronto has earned a coveted MICHELIN star.

We are known for the iconic Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi and seasonal tasting menus. Choose from a 6-course tasting menu or a 7-course Kaiseki experience for dinner, or fresh oysters with a Chef's Select lunch set. Complementing your meal with an extensive selection of sake, wine, & Japanese cocktails.

    The Sushi Selection is amazing. We tried everything sushi on the menu and were particularly awestruck by the jalapeno salmon sushi. The service was amazing and quick that ensured we had a pleasant time out for our valentine day date.

    Really good service, we were in a rush at the end and the server was really accommodating on our schedule. We got the winterlicious menu and the food is fantastic as usual. The pork belly melt in your mouth 🤤 the restaurant is kinda loud considering the price range of the restaurant, but it helps that we have a bigger group and the seating is much less crowded than 2 people table.

    Impeccable service and delicious! I came for Winterlicious to sample their signature dishes. Great prix fixe deal. Servers were so attentive without hovering. Each course came so promptly.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant with a group of 8 for Winterlicious, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, with each dish offering unique flavors and textures that were both exciting and satisfying. The servers were incredibly attentive and took the time to explain the various ingredients, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Brian, our waiter – he was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made the evening even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

    Good food, interlocutors meal was good. Starter sushi was good and lemon foam for dessert. Had the pork belly for main, stay away as it was fatty and the meaty parts weren’t too tender. Wife had the premium preset 4 course which I think was better value and looked more appealing.

    We enjoyed Muku's winterlicuous menu. All the sushi was quite unique a beautifully flavored. The main courses sable and pork were also excellent. Quite simply the best meal we've had in a long time.
