   Exceptional service. We made two separate reservation for our family as they were not able to add another 4 to the initial reservation of 7 but on open table was able to reserve for 4 and requested to have tables close to each other so we can still celebrate together. In the future, please check the open table reservations and comments on it so your staff can prepare ahead of time. In any case, the staff who received us and seated us were amazing. Exceptional PR skills. They made the round table work for us but unable to fit in 2. The manager's approach however needs a bit of work. He was not agreeable with adding few chairs at the table and wanted to sit the 4 people away from the big group. Meanwhile, the other staff already figured out where they would put the other two that did not fit. The two people with big hearts closer to our round table offered to switch tables. In the end it worked out but we did not appreciate being spoken to in a loud commanding voice telling us that we cannot be all seated together because in a big table of 11 it is squishy and will take so much time to serve us and will take more than an hour for our order to come. Regardless, it was busy we were prepared and understood that and its Valentines. What was important was sitting together. Its the less warm approach from the manager that was not appreciated and the situation could have been handled without a reprimanding tone. The rest of the night was perfect! All the servers who assisted us were great!

   We went for Valentine's Day, and despite having made a reservation a month in advance, we were seated in a row of small side tables with other patrons about 2 feet from one another. I get they wanted to fill their restaurant for Valentine's Day but it did not make for a nice atmosphere for us as we could hear the conversations on both sides of our table because of the proximity.

   From start to finish our experience was awful. We checked in for our reservation 10 minutes early, the gentleman at the front took our name and asked us to have a seat. We sat there for 15 additional minutes watching other parties be seated while myself wife and 3 young children sat there. I went and asked him when our table would be ready and he said he had already seated us 10 minutes ago. They found a table for us and sat us at a table set for 10 and we had to ask them for a booth as we were there for a rare night out with our children and sitting at a large round table would not work. We were seated in a booth and ordered our food. The coconut calamari was soggy and very bland and extremely small portion.y kids ordered the cheesy pasta. When it arrived it was hardly done pene noodles with a splash of cream. Bland, no cheese , no flavour. We told our server and she took one of our kids orders back and the kitchen “fixed” it for us. My wife ordered the surf and turf and my daughter the steak frites. Their steaks both came raw. We had waited almost an hour already for our entrees and this was an extreme let down. The manager was kind and took our steaks back and said our new ones would be priority ticket. It took about 25 minutes for new steaks for them when they came back they brought my daughter a 5oz overdone steak instead of the 7oz. It was suppose to be. My wife’s was medium rare as she asked which was nice but our family was already at almost 2 hours for our meals and we were all done. The manager was kind and comped the 2 meals and gave us 2 free deserts but in reality our entire bill should have been comped it was a special night for us that we don’t often do and it was disappointing. I was happy with how the manager and server who were both amazing handled the situation but it was a truly awful experience.
