   Food was horrible. They forgot our main dishs (salads ) hamburgers were burnt and cold , salads had no dressing. And steak and potatoes were cold ,,,,,The list goes on felt like I was in Whistler pre-Olympics where digger leave it atmosphere was in existence, probably the worst dying experience in a long time, except for the server leave and not it was a birthday. They didn’t even address that but we didn’t even wanna bother. To ask or to complain it was simply that bad , I’ll star used to be your favourite spot of ours, definitely will be on the bottom of the less moving forward

   The hostess’ was rude and unwelcoming and servers were not accommodating in fact came across pretty rude. Lack of service during the evening and had to constantly get up to get service. The head guy seemed more interested in chatting up the young servers than to keep everything flowing. It was NYE and wasn’t busy which I think shows that this once great place is lacking and getting worse. Food was great so thanks to the chefs, but overall - a well we won’t be back, and I’ve been going since 2003

   Reasonable food. Staff were being trained so forgot things like spoon for ramen bowl.

   Went there on December 25, had a reservation made weeks prior to going. Arrived 5 minutes early to make sure we could get to our table in time. Got seated within 5 minutes, however, had to wait for about 2 hours before getting our food!! When the food came, I ordered a burger by the way, the burger was cold and fries were not seasoned. I spoke with our waitress and she was coming out of a triple shift and so did the kitchen staff. The management should do better for the sake of customers and their own staff. I would not recommend this place and personally will not go there next time.

    We were very disappointed all around. The atmosphere going in had a sense of disorganization. Chairs lined up against the walls, open spaces and tables needing clearing. Of the 4 meals we ordered 2 of them were removed from the bill. 1 due to being overcooked & the other being undercooked. We suspect the undercooked was a result of it being forgotten and rushed. A third item was not removed from the bill but was a salad that came with no dressing. The manager was apologetic and did remove the items that were not satisfactory. Not sure if it was because we were there during off season but not a typical experience based on dining a Milestones in other cities. Usually a pretty safe bet for great ambiance and good food.
