   Great service, it was a business lunch, we all had salads which we all enjoyed. The ambience is so-so, not terrible but could use an update — I know restaurants have had it pretty tough the last few years however. Overall, I’d take clients there again. Service (and good food) is most important.

   I was very impressed with the quality and service. The hostess was very polite and helpful. Will go again.

   We visit this and other Milestones locations frequently and the experience has always been superb. However, this time around the food was not upto their usual standard of quality and taste starting from the appetizers,. specially the truffle fries and the portobello mushroom chicken dish. My husband and I both had a bad gastronomic reaction after this visit. The servers also seemed to be in a hurry to get the courses going. Overall this visit was not up to their usual standard and quality and we were very disappointed, specially since we went to celebrate one of our birthdays.

   The service was amazing and fast. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. A wonderful night out to say the least.

   it was amazing. The server was really nice and funny and he made sure that we were happy with her food. She was very timely. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food or for the bill. The booth was a nice spot.

   Definitely an off night for staff. Drink order was unnecessarily long. Didn't arrive until dinner was served. Food was OK, not their usual great. Place was busy. I'll leave it at that.

   The food was good however the service was bad. I think some people are meant to take orders with pen and paper, our server was one of them. Our server got out drink orders wrong. Then came back to our table to get our entree orders _twice_ only to mess that up as well. To top it off she got the bill wrong, overcharging us. It's a shame because the food was good but the service was so laughably bad, I'm not certain we will ever return after that experience.

    Our tuna tartare appetizer was excellent. Unfortunately our steaks were all overcooked, entrees were delayed and although our server was nice, she didn’t swing by to check on things very often and forgot our tea until we reminded her about 20 minutes later. Also, a note for management: the ladies room was FRIGID. That includes everything, the water and soap etc. maybe turn on the heat or check out what’s happened to ensure it’s a comfortable temperature for your guests. We were there to celebrate a birthday but can’t say we’ll be back unfortunately.
