    Women's group luncheon for six. Service was excellent. Food was mediocre, nothing new there. Lovely holiday decorations and good company enhanced the afternoon

    First of all I made a reservation for 12pm and waited on a line as people were walking in ahead of my guest and I to walk right to their seats Then finally we were seated and it was not in the main dining area with the decorations Then we ordered pot roast which was on your pre fixe menu My suggestion is if you aren’t going to habe one of the two items listed take it out of your menu

    Ordered pot roast, first time I had to ask for a steak knife, it was hard to cut and quite chewy. Not enough gravy for the mashed potatoes, had to ask for more. Wife’s au gratin potatoes weren’t cooked enough, and brussel sprouts were burnt. The lobster tacos were good.

    Overall everything was good. The food could have been a lot hotter. Waiter was great and very pleasant! Atmosphere was very festive!

    we were there last night. it took over an hour for apps/soup to come. then 2 more hours for food which arrived cold. when i told the manager that the food was cold, his response was i watched them scoop it. never offered to get us hot food. 4 people. everyone’s was cold the best part was when the check came and the indifferent, rude general manager got summoned. after our credit card was charged twice. he walked away and said good luck. quite the inappropriate response from a general manager. upon returning home when we checked our credit card we were not charged twice. We were charged four times, and the other couple was charged three times. pretty for the holidays but definitely not worth the aggravation

    Even with reservations the lobby was very disorganized and we had to wait for our table a while Food came out cold - menu didn't allow changes and the menu is very small - pop overs which are listed as coming with dinner could not be found as it seems they are a pass around not on every table. Great appearance, tight quarters not really a weekly or monthly place to go

    It was noisy. The staff hadn't listened to our seating requests. It took an exceedingly long time before we received our server. The tablecloth was actually wet when we got to our table. Basically, not a well-mannered crowd. Spoken English a little hard to find amongst the staff. But the turkey was in fact, delicious!

    The ambience is wonderful the service was excellent. The menu a bit disappointing and limited. The pre fix menu was very limited. The Carolers were great.
