It was unfortunate because their grill was down so they were cooking everything on a flat top. The salad bar appeared as if it had been sitting all day. Everything looked like it was at the bottom of the bowl It was very disappointing for what they charged hoping that they were just having an off night in our food was lukewarm at best Not the Minerva as I’m used to.

Love coming to Minerva’s. The food and service are consistently good and prices are very reasonable.

Amazing to find such delicious and high-quality food in a hotel/motel complex. Dinner was wonderful! Chicken salad was one of the best ever! The bison was tender, flavorful and served with perfection. Highly recommend enjoying dining here!!!!!!!

My husband and I were there for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The staff and service were great. Our only complaint is that the food was not hot when it was served. The food was good as well as the price.

Food was ok. The waiter brought all the entrees out just after we got the salad bar/soup. Should have been enough time to eat that before the entree came out. One of us ordered the steak tips and substituted the garlic mashed potatoes for a baked potato and requested No mushrooms. The plate came with the mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The waiter tried to take the entire plate back to the kitchen but person who ordered said just bring me a baked potato - which took forever with a tiny paper cup of butter and sour cream - hardly enough. Another person asked for 57 sauce to go with his steak - it arrived from a different waiter when he had 3 pieces of meat left. Another ordered a medium rare steak - it was over cooked but the waiter never came by to ask about our order or even refill the water glasses. We never saw the waiter until he brought the bill.

The food is always really good and we love sitting at the mirrored tables for our anniversary. Our server wasn’t the best this time. We asked what the special was and she responded, “I have no idea”. She just stood at our table until husband said, “can you find out?” It was odd to us that she didn’t know the nightly special and had no desire to find out until we said something. She was gone for a long time after that and continued this throughout the evening. Other than the server, everything was great.

Nice menu and food. Adequate salad bar (cheese was warm and some items were obviously from the day before). I was disappointed that our server didn’t tell us about the dinner specials. We heard about them when she spoke to the table next to us. It’s one of our go-to places so we’ll be back.
