The Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant offers an upscale, intimate dining experience in the heart of historical Manitou Springs where guests enjoy a 4-course fondue dinner, along with wine, beer and cocktails in a uniquely decorated and arranged space. Our signature 4-course dinner includes:
1st - Choice of seasonal, garden or Caesar salad
2nd - Cheese fondue served with artisanal bread and fresh fruits and vegetables
3rd - Choice of entree platters including seafood, wild game, vegetarian or traditional prepared on a table-top Raclette grill
4th - Choice of chocolate dessert fondue with options of flavored liqueur, flaming turtle, cookies and cream, salted caramel and more

Great experience, food, and service. Will definitely repeat. They have a large selection of beer, wine, and whiskey drinks. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider selection of specialty cocktails.

We had a private room for our party of 4 which was incredible for conversation and comfort. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. This was the best food experience we’ve had in the US.

The cheese fondue was grainy and lumpy. The flavor was a bit strange in that it tasted rather bitter. The service, however, was very good

It had been many years since our last visit--not because of problems, but because Mona Lisa is a bit out of our way. From start to finish, an excellent experience. Attentive service, excellent food. We just with they used Raclette Cheese for the main, rather than mozzarella.
