Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. Excellent food, up there with the best. Great friendly service and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended. Set meu is well worth going for and chef explains all ingredients as serving.

Very good service and nice surroundings. I think since the change in the Restaurant menu to a more medertranian feel the business might not do as well as the old Oscars . The menu was smaller and tailored to a more deserning client base I feel. Bit pricey compared to the old one.

The food was exceptional very well presented, generous portions and of course absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Overall a lovely evening at an excellent venue with wonderful food staff and atmosphere.

Went as a family, 10 of us in total. Staff were amazing and took great care of us. Food was great even the fussy kids didn’t have any complaints. Would definitely return :)
