CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.     This is an EXPERIENCE! The food was a B plus/A minus (dessert v disappointing). The place itself is just astonishing in scope and decor - I’ve never seen anything like it. I loved the various small dining rooms. The service was great - all servers eager to please and to understand us. Bastien in particular was amazingly helpful and nice and took us on a tour of the whole place.
