The character “食” (meaning meal in Japanese) is structured with a combination of the characters “人” (meaning　person) and “良” (meaning good);Kishin is based on a belief that preparing and having a meals are all part of training, and therefore should all be regarded as a precious and joyful act in a daily life.Now there are two Breakfast Kishin restaurants in Japan. Breakfast Kishin provides a Japanese cuisine experience through local style breakfast, with a particular focus on using fresh, local ingredients.And sometimes they are places for guest chefs to meet with the locals and visitors, and vice versa. The visiting chefs will open a pop-up restaurant for a limited time. With professional grade facilities, it is an ideal place for the visiting chefs to fully express themselves.

Chef Nagai is an owner chef who runs a solitary restaurant located deep in the mountain where pure water with firefly and fresh air exist (in Sue-cho, Gifu prefecture).     Merveilleux moment passé en famille avec des plats parfaitement préparés dans un cadre magnifique. Le Kobe beef était juste magique. Merci pour ce souvenir inoubliable. Personnel au top de la gentillesse. Vin et champagne très bons.

    Chaque fois que viens à Tokyo depuis 20 ans je mange à ce restaurent. La vieille partie du restaurent à une ambiance de folie gourmande et je retrouve à tous les coups la nouvelle cuisine Japonais . Le Staff est efficace et courtois. Un des meilleur restaurent que je connais dans le monde. La nouvelle partie du restaurent est plus calme.
