Best restaurants near me in Montreal, Canada

We came to the restaurant with two friends who had never been there before. The ambience, the food and the service were delightful. The noise level was perfect. The wait staff were attentive and very helpful. Our guests enjoyed the restaurant and we will all be back. ❤️

We had a lovely evening. Dinner was excellent- lamb shank and duck. Our waitress was kind and professional.

Bar George is a staple for a nice (and quick) business lunch - such a beautiful building and always good food and service. Only negative surprise was that the bread basket (which included 3 pieces of bread) cost $8 - since when is bread extra?! Or the fact that bread cost extra should be mentioned by the server when they asked if we wanted bread.

Always a great meal at the Keg. Service was a bit slower than usual but it was extremely busy with a Canadiens game that night. In our seating section, the tables were a bit too close to each other for my liking. It felt like we were part of the conversation of the groups at tables on either side of us. Very loud. It's the great food that keeps us coming back to the Keg time after time!

I want to say the food was good but there was one meal we ordered we did not love it at all. The sole fish it was supposed to be to be for two people but when it came it was very small and also the taste of the fish was not that good at all. It need salt, lemon and oil.
